SnowSure was built to solve this problem. By aggregating data from multiple weather models and applying machine learning analysis, we deliver forecasts that are more accurate than any single source.
Our goal is simple: help you spend more days skiing in great conditions and fewer days regretting your timing.
The Technology
How SnowSure Works
Our proprietary algorithm processes thousands of data points hourly to generate the most accurate snow forecasts available.
Data Collection
We pull forecast data from 7 leading weather models: ECMWF (European), GFS (American), GEM (Canadian), JMA (Japanese), ICON (German), Météo-France, and Met Norway.
AI Analysis
Our machine learning models analyze patterns across all forecasts, weighing each model based on its historical accuracy for specific regions and conditions.
SnowSure Score
We combine forecast data, current conditions, snow depth, recent snowfall, and historical patterns into a single easy-to-understand score from 0-100.
