The app
The iPhone app is in App Store review. Road alerts, powder alerts, and lock-screen storm updates ship with it. Reserve a Founding Member spot and we will write when it is live.
If a purchase does not appear after you install, restore it from Profile → Restore purchases. Apple holds the receipt; we never see your card.
SnowSure Pro
Pro is a subscription — forecast accuracy, the 14-day outlook, the concierge, and unlimited alerts. It replaced the old donation checkout. Manage or cancel in the App Store (iPhone) or from the receipt Stripe emailed you (web).

Accounts
Sign in with Apple or Google on the web or in the app. The same email is the same account. If you cannot get in, write to support with the address you used — we can look up the account, not reset an Apple or Google password.
Data on the mountain
Forecasts, scores, and road status are published in good faith from official models and highway feeds. They are not a substitute for the resort's own report or the highway authority. How we grade forecasts is on Forecast Trust and in the FAQ.
